At deadAir, we stand by the quality of our garments; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's progress.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
